Maya Script | fSpy for Maya

This script currently has an issue when images are not 16:9

Tested with Maya 2022 - 2023

This script will utilize an .fspy file and create an accurate camera within Maya.

fSpy is an open source software for still image camera matching made by Stuffmatic.

Instructions:

Place the "kb_maya_fSpy_camera.py" within your Maya scripts folder.

Place the "fspy_icon_128.png" within your Maya icons folder. (Only if you want the logo to show in the UI)

Run python script in Maya:

import kb_maya_fSpy_camera as fSpyCam

fSpyCam.fSpyCameraImporter_UI()
